The Empowered Soul Method is at the heart of the way I work. It is my unique soul led and Spirit taught approach to supporting you on your individual journey of healing, self-discovery, empowerment and soul growth — gently guiding you and your body back to health and it's own inner wisdom.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Your journey is uniquely yours. Myself and my team in spirit simply provide the space, guidance and Source energy to help you heal and discover the empowered soul within.
Sessions take place in my beautiful, peaceful healing room at home in West Byfleet, as well as online.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Healing helps you to align with your inner wisdom, strength, self-love and self-belief. Instead of living life from the mind, which so often operates from fear looking externally for validation and answers, life can be lived from the loving heart, our divine essence of truth and joy.
I work in partnership with my spirit team and you to gently guide your mind, body and soul to release negative stuck energy, unhelpful patterns, present and past life trauma which maybe holding you back.
Together, using the energy healing as well as other healing techniques, we can start to increase your vibrational field. This helps to align you with your soul self and inner wisdom, bringing a sense of lightness whilst also deeply relaxing the nervous system.
Creating healthy boundaries becomes easier. Discovering and saying yes to the things which your soul knows will nourish you becomes common place. Connecting to your intuition becomes easier and the physical body starts to feel healthier and more relaxed.
I am passionate about taking a personalised and holistic approach to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being which empowers people to reconnect with themselves to create happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
