Hello, I am Louise and I'm an expert on helping people to heal from stress, burn out, chronic fatigue, anxiety and the trauma which can arise from these.
Having suffered these conditions myself, I can completely empathise with what a huge debilitating impact this has on someone's life. The good news is, these conditions do not have to be permanent. The energy healing and deep relaxation, along with the tools, techniques and well-being advice which I offer during my treatments give the body a chance to deeply relax and release, allowing the nervous system to come back into balance. This enables the body to heal on a very deep level. My sessions take both a spiritual and scientific approach to healing the mind, body and soul.
Treatments take place in my beautiful, peaceful healing room at home in West Byfleet, as well as online.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
I am an experienced intuitive energy healer, spiritual teacher and well-being coach, reflexologist and naturopathic nutritional therapist with over 20 years involvement in the world of natural healthcare.
I offer healing and well-being support from my beautiful and serene healing room in West Byfleet, Surrey, as well as online.
I am passionate about taking a personalised and holistic approach to physical, emotional and spiritual well-being which empowers people to reconnect with themselves to create a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
Spiritual healing helps you to align with your inner wisdom, strength, self-love and self-belief. Instead of living life from the mind, which so often operates from fear looking externally for validation and answers, life can be lived from the loving heart, our divine essence of truth and joy.
Creating healthy boundaries becomes easier. Discovering and saying yes to the things which your soul knows will nourish you becomes common place. Connection to your inner wisdom becomes clearer and the physical body starts to feel healthier and more relaxed.
I work in partnership with my spirit team and you to gently guide your mind, body and soul to release negative stuck energy and unhelpful patterns, which maybe holding you back.
Together, using energy healing as well as other healing techniques, we can start to increase your vibrational field to bring you back into balance, whilst also deeply relaxing the nervous system.
