Combining my intuitive healing knowledge, teaching and mentoring training, along with my own life experience, I offer both 1-2-1 mentoring in psychic develop and healing, along with small group teaching circles.

Topics and techniques to help understand yourself as an empowered spiritual being may include:

 

Working more confidently as a healer. Learning to listen to your intuition, not the fear mind. Developing your psychic senses. Understanding ascension.  Connecting with chakras, crystals, angels, ascended masters and spirit guides.  Understanding the eternal nature of the soul eg past lives and soul groups.  Working with energy, guided meditations/visualisations.  Grounding techniques and protection, and why these are important. Learning to pendulum dowse.​

1-2-1 sessions are tailored to where you are on your own spiritual and healing journey. Sessions can be regular or just one off depending on when you feel you need them.  Small group teaching circles run intermittently throughout the year.
