Cancellation Policy

Appointments are payable either: by deposit at the time of booking followed by the remainder of the payment on the day of the appointment OR in full at the point of booking. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me in the first instance to arrange another available time slot. If you cancel more than 3 days in advance of your appointment, a full refund will be paid within 7 days. If you have only paid a desposit, that will be refunded in full. If you choose to cancel LESS than 3 days in advance of your appointment, and you have paid in full, you will be refunded less the service deposit fee, as listed. If you have only paid the deposit amount, this will not be refunded. If I am unable to fulfil your appointment, I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and will seek to arrange an alternative time slot. If this is unsuccessful, you will be refunded in full.
